Hydrochloric Acid 32-35%

Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is a strong liquid made by mixing hydrogen and chlorine gases together through a process called electrolysis. It’s also known as HCL, muriatic acid, or spirits of salt. It is an aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride. This acid is clear and has a sharp smell. It’s really powerful and can be harmful if it touches your skin, eyes, or if you breathe it in. It is a colorless solution with a strong, unpleasant odour. Hydrochloric acid has a large range of applications and is one of the largest consumed acids in the world. HCl is highly corrosive, and it can damage the body when it comes into contact with it. It reacts with metals and can even produce explosive hydrogen gas.

We use advanced processes to make the quality high. The material is packaged in UN approved packaging, making it safe to store and transport around the world. With a production capacity of 3000 Tons per month, we can keep up with extensive demands and ensure prompt and reliable supply to meet the needs.

Applications

Pickling of steel, Production of organic compounds, Production of inorganic compounds & Hydrochloric acid is used for a large number of small-scale applications, such as leather processing, purification of common salt, household cleaning, and building construction.

Oil production may be stimulated by injecting hydrochloric acid into the rock formation of an oil well, dissolving a portion of the rock, and creating a large-pore structure.

Many chemical reactions involving hydrochloric acid are applied in the production of food, food ingredients, and food additives. Typical products include aspartame, fructose, citric acid, lysine, hydrolyzed vegetable protein as food enhancer, and in gelatin production.

Uses

Hydrochloric Acid is used in Dyes and other Chemicals.

Packaging

Hydrochloric Acid is supplied in tankers or in drums.
